1. Connect to the student WiFi: bppstudents
2. Go to studentprintmanagement.bpp.com, or scan the QR code by the Library printers, and login with your BPP email address and password (the same details you would use to access the Hub)
3. Click on Web Print (on the left-hand side of the screen) and Submit a Job
4. Pick between:
Pwaxpcut002\SecurePrintColour (virtual) For Colour
Pwaxpcut002\SecurePrintMono (virtual) for Black and White
5. Choose how many copies you wish to print out.
6. Click Upload Documents and select all the files you wish to print. Alternatively, drag and drop them inside the 'Drag files here' section of the page if using a Laptop. Please note, the system is set to print double-sided as default. If you want to print single-sided, please see the Printing from a Library PC tab.
7. Submit. The following page will show you the current progress of each file.
8. Go to any of the available printers in the library and login using your HUB email and password.
9. Click Print All.

If you do not have access to a BPP account, you can create a guest account by going through the following steps:

2. Click Register as a New User.
3. Create your details.
4. You will then receive a confirmation email confirming your newly created account, after which you will be able to login.

Please note, this will only work with printers in staff areas.

2. Select 'Device Functions' for photocopying. You can now select how many copies you need, and choose to photocopy in Colour or Black & White.

· A4 Black and White: 5p per sheet or 8p for double-sided.
· A4 Colour: 25p per sheet or 40p for double-sided
· A3 Black and White: 10p per sheet or 16p for double-sided.
· A3 Colour: 50p per sheet or 80p for double-sided.

Students have access to the Office 365 suite of tools. Office 365 is a collection of apps and cloud based services that you can use to be productive across a variety of devices from just about anywhere. The Office 365 suite of tools includes Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and more.

After signing into Microsoft 365 with your @my.bpp.com email address and password, you should see an ‘Install Apps’ button in the top-right corner of the screen:
The University is concerned that students are offered appropriate support and guidance to enable them to benefit fully from the library service.
In order to achieve this all students will be offered the opportunity to discuss any specific requirements with University staff. With your permission, requests for assistance may be passed onto the library and dealt with on an individual basis in consultation with the Learning Support Officer.

In addition to individual requirements which may be agreed, some students with a learning support agreement may be awarded additional print credit or use of a locker. It is considered the Library's revised loan policy is generous to all students and extended loans are unlikely to be needed.
